Network Setup Examples
Easy
Choose our **Easy Network Setup**. No extra hardware is required; only your server(s). We assist with firewall configuration, so the server is immediately secure online. For optimal access and security, we recommend WireGuard VPN, which we are happy to configure for you.
Basic
With the **Basic Network Setup**, you don't need any additional equipment beyond the server(s). Bodega facilitates the internet connection to your server. You retain full control over firewall configuration and the management of all services, including VPN or SSH access.
Advanced
Advanced network setup. Your own router handles the firewall and access to your network and servers. Multiple external IP addresses are possible and you keep full control. All services, including VPN or SSH access, are managed by you.

WireGuard is a modern, fast, and secure VPN solution known for its simplicity and high performance. Ideal for setting up a secure connection to your servers. Bodega can help you with the implementation and configuration.
Mikrotik network kit
We use powerful and flexible Mikrotik network equipment. This allows us to offer reliable and advanced network configurations, from simple firewalls to complex routing scenarios.
Power and Redundancy
Consider servers with dual power supplies (redundant PSU). It raises reliability and keeps your server online even if one supply fails.
Basic Security Tips
Keep your operating system and software up to date. Configure a firewall and restrict access to administrative ports (such as SSH) to trusted IP addresses.
